Choose your own inventory target
The tool takes a chosen number of sealed matching inner packages and the number already held. It does not recommend either value. Each selected Sunsweet or Bare purchase adds one package; the selected Brothers outer purchase adds 12inner bags. The calculation is complete-offer rounding, independent of servings, fruit pieces or calories.
Use whole counts in the stated range
Entries must be nonnegative whole numbers no greater than 1,000,000. Blank, negative, fractional, exponent-style and excessive values are rejected or left unresolved. A target already met by held stock gives zero offers to buy, not a negative order. The result reports the gap, outer offers, added inner packages, final stock and surplus separately.
Respect the unit boundary
A target of 25means 25sealed packages, not 25grams,25fruit pieces or 25days. The form offers an explicit unsupported fruit-piece basis to show that the source does not establish pieces per bag. It also refuses a food-mass target because the selected offers use different quantities and one has a current unresolved mass conflict. No density or average piece weight is invented.
Keep availability outside arithmetic
Two calculated Brothers outer offers would provide 24inner bags only if the merchant supplies the selected 12pack. The current page’s Out of Stock state means the result is not a recommendation to expect an immediate order. Likewise, held packages should be checked against their actual labels and condition; the calculator cannot decide whether an old or damaged bag is usable.
Confirm the order unit in the cart
A merchant case may contain multiple outer retail packs. That is a new purchase unit and needs its own count, quote and conditions. The tool does not infer case contents from shipping weight or an industry case-size field. Keep the selected unit visible so the mathematical result corresponds to something the merchant actually offers.
A surplus is not an instruction to consume it
The target25-held3example for a12pack adds24inner bags and produces27in total, two over the chosen target. The surplus describes package rounding only. It is not a recommendation to eat extra, share with a child, keep the supply for a certain time or trust an unresolved shelf date. A buyer may decide the surplus is inconvenient and choose another verified purchase configuration. That choice needs actual offer terms, not an invented partial-box sale or a predicted household consumption rate.
